What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Currently we only use the Royal Mail first class service within the UK. Other
couriers may be used for large parcels.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Please allow 2 days for dispatch (week days) and up to 2 days for delivery.
Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer. Please
remember that during busy holiday times the Royal Mail may take longer than
normal to deliver.

Do You Accept Returns?

We understand that sometimes customers may accidentally order the wrong product or make a mistake in their purchase. If this happens, we’re happy to accept returns. However, please note that we will deduct the original postage cost from your refund and we can only accept unused products. This means that the product must be in its original packaging and unused condition. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you find the right product for your needs.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally,all international postage costs are calculated automatically ,you may choose the class of postage you would like.please use the postage calculator on the check out page to calculate your costs.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Paypal are all accepted.  Paypal processes our payments,  proceed through the Paypal login button and other card payments are underneath.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Although our website is https certified we have no part in the payment process, all payments are processed by Paypal which is well known as one of the most secure ways to pay as no payment information is seen by the companies who use it.  Our website is regularly scanned for viruses and other online dangers.  We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with 3rd parties.
